Focus on design and development of state-of-the-art educational programs in a blended environment.

Programs target industry specific knowledge and skills, but also social, commercial and managerial skills. Employees consist of SME’s, educational designers, course leaders, trainers, logistics and support. Depending on the size of the company, the school can be  quite sizeable.

The programs are listed in a course catalogue, with short descriptions of the goals, content, teachers etcetera. Many programs are stable and have been in the catalogue for many years. They attribute to the culture of the organisation.

Designing new programs is a standardised process. Many specialists are involved. New technologies are being used in dsign, development and execution of the progams.

Each participants is asked to evaluatie the execution and setup of a program. Levels 1 & 2 are typically addressed, sometimes level 3.
