Small staff organisation with seasoned educational policy makers. Advisors are continuously in tune with developments within the organisation and its context. Their advices are in the realm of learning and development interventions.

The organisation’s board invite The Policy Maker regularly to evaluatie new policies and determine the consequences for its employees.

The Policy Maker initiates and conducts studies such as developments in society, knowledge domains, new generations of professionals, social media, sustainability. The core question; what will this mean for our employees and how can we prepare them for the future. Main deliverable is learning and development policy, which is strongly linked to company and HR strategy.

If specific activities need to be undertaken to enforce the policy, The Policy Maker will ask external suppliers to fullfil this need.

Evaluation of learning and development is typically conducted at levels 3 & 4.
