Educational specialists within The Project Organisation are masters in complex processes; they gather stakeholders, organise SME involvement, break through stalemates and work within set parameters of time and budget. Tagreted employees are usually working alongside The Project Organisation.

Cooperation with other organisational entities. Employees of these departments are co-designers and provide subject matter expertise. The Project Organisation delivers unique solutions.

The most important question in evaluation is; ‘Has the problem been solved?’
